Import contacts

This feature enables you to import contacts from other contact manager applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, and ACT! into the contact list. Since you can also export contacts this allows you to synchronize your contact list with other contact managers.

Click the link Import Contact. The Import Contact Records screen appears.

The email program options:

• Outlook

• Outlook Express

• ACT!

1. Select one of the radio button options to import contacts from that source.

2. Click Continue. The following screen appears.

The corresponding Outlook Instruction/Outlook Express Instructions /ACT! Instructions screens appears to take you through the process:
