Custom fields

 

You can create custom fields that are used to add contacts to the site. You can define and add your own fields to the contacts form using this feature. Custom fields are useful when you want to capture unique details about your contacts.

  

Click the Create Custom Fields link on the left navigation panel. The Manage Custom Form Field screen appears.

 

 

To Add a Custom Field

  1. Enter Field Label in the Field label field.

  2. Select the checkbox - Required - to make the field mandatory. When this field appears in the form, the user must enter the values for this field.

  3. Click Save and Continue. The custom form field details appear in a list.

  4. Click Back to Contacts to revert back to the Contact List screen.

  5. To delete a record, click Delete.
