Getting Started
This chapter will guide you thru the process of starting
your website design and adding you personal content. You will
become familiar with the tools used to administer your website.
Agent BizzUp provides you all the tools needed to create a spectacular
website. Our interface is very intuitive and very user-friendly.
The tools provided thru Agent BizzUp are versatile
to suit the uses of an expert web designer. Yet, at the same time,
comprehensive for the novice. With the ability to use custom HTML
codes, the possibilities are endless. HTML meta-tags are also
editable for each page allowing you to edit page titles, keywords,
and descriptions.

Free Trial Sign Up
Singing up for our website service is an easy step-by-step
process. Within minutes, you can build your entire website with
your own custom content and start marketing your business.
- Type in this address in your browser address bar:
http://www.agentbizzup.com/
- Click on the "Start Free Trial" button.
- Fill out the required field for
the "Free Trial Sign Up". (Make note of your e-mail
and password, you will use them to log in to your website)
- Click "Continue" to proceed to the next step.
Account Information
Your account information is used for setting up your
website. After completing the signup, you will be able to change
this contact information.
- Fill out the required field for the "Account Information".
- Click "Continue" to proceed to the next step.
Billing Information
In this section you will input your billing information.
You are able to choose from the different plan options. Your credit
card will not be charge, if you cancel before the end of the free
trial period.
- From the "Billing Information" screen;
- Fill out the required field for the "Billing Information".
- Choose a plan from the "Plan" drop-down menu.
- Select your choice for billing from the "Billing
Type" drop-down menu.
- Click "Continue" to proceed to the next step.
Billing Type
You can have the option of paying monthly or annually
for Agent BizzUp service.
(Setup fee is waived when you signup for the Annual
billing)
- From the "Billing Information" screen;
- Fill out the required field for the "Billing Information".
- Select your choice for billing from the "Billing
Type" drop-down menu.
- Click "Continue" to proceed to the next step.
PayPal® Payment Option
You can also signup using PayPal® for your billing
payment. This option is ideal for those who choose not to use
a credit card for billing. PayPal® payment is only available for
annual billing. You must have a PayPal® account to use this service.
- From the "Billing Information" screen;
- Fill out the required field for the "Billing Information".
- Click on the "Click Here" link at bottom of page.
- Choose from the available plans for your payment
and click on "Buy Now".
- Type in your PayPal® e-mail address and password.
- Accept Payment and continue.

Be sure to review the plan
comparison chart to help you in choosing the plan that's right
for you.
After Signup
Agent BizzUp uses a comprehensive ticket system to
manage all support issues. All tickets are answered by email and
a copy is also saved in your Ticket
History. If you have any questions you can search the FAQ
(frequently asked questions). This is located in the Support
menu in your Admin section. You can also browse the help
tutorials in the Knowledgebase. These
will quickly help you find the answer to your questions before
you may have to submit a ticket.

The user interface in the My Website
tab is the most commonly used in your Admin Control
Panel. It is one of the first sections of your Admin Control
Panel that you want to become familiar with. There you will be
able to customize your website and make future modifications.
The terms used in the tutorial and the FAQ are also identified
for you in this section.

The tabs in the Top Navigation in
your Agent BizzUpAdmin Control Panel provide
access to each interface for all administrative operation.
Admin Home
Message Center is used to display any messages and
announcements from Agent BizzUp It is also used to preview/answer
any unviewed ticket requests. The Overview is a snap-shot
at your account and gives quick access to common uses features.
My Website
Fully customize your website under the My
Website tab. There you'll access layout and design templates
with their assorted colors. Using the Page Editor
you can fully customize your website's look and feel. For a more
in depth explanation of customizing your website you can refer
to the Customizing Your Website chapter.
- Look & Feel is where
you choose your Design Style and Design
Color for your website. Each style template contains its
own set of images and colors.
- Customize Home Page lets
you choose your layout style and type in your website title and
edit text for home page. Layout style gives you the option of
including your Contact Card and a Listings
Search form on the home page.
- Keywords also let you edit
your website title, as well as your description and your keyword
tags (for search engines).
- Add Page is where you would
add pages to your website. You can design your own custom page,
link to another website, or frame a page from another website
in your website.
- Add Section is where you
add a navigational section to your website. Each section has a
series of web pages that you can manually add or delete.
- Edit Pages/Sections allows
you to edit, delete, activate, or deactivate a web page or section
on website. Here you are also able to add forms, sort the order
of pages and sections, and view quick stats.
- Personal Photo is where
you can upload your personal photo. (Read
the image specs for image type and size).
- Contact Card allows you
to input your personal contact information. This will be displayed
on you Contact Card throughout your website.
- Company Logo is where you
upload your logo. Here you can also find a variety of logo from
different Franchises.
- Header allows you to choose
a header for your website. Each design template comes with a variety
of unique headers to choose from. Custom headers can also be uploaded
here. (Read the image specs for image type
and size).
- Footer allows you to customize
your website Footer. The Text Editor gives
you the option of fully customizing footer with HTML codes.
- Designations allow you to
choose from a variety of Real Estate designations and accreditation
logos. You also have the option of assigning an HTML address for
your designation.
- Add MLS/IDX Frame allow
you to add a MLS search form to your site. You will need to first
contact your local MLS board to obtain the IDX framing link.
My Listings
Managing listings is very simple. After importing
or inputting your listings, you can modify or add features in
this simple interface.
- Add Listing is where you
would add individual listings for your website. The entry fields
give you the options of assigning a title for your listing, as
well as location, price, and property specs.
- Import MLS Listing allows
you to import listings directly from MLS by using the MLS number
for the property.
- Manage Listings allows you
edit, delete, activate, and deactivate each individual listing.
- Add Group creates a group
of listings. You can name these group as you wish.
- Manage Groups opens the
lists of groups and allows you to edit, delete, activate and deactivate
each group.
- Property Disclaimer is where
you can add a disclaimer for your properties.
- Add MLS/IDX Frame allow
you to add a MLS search form to your site. You will need to first
contact your local MLS board to obtain the IDX framing link.
My Contacts
My Contacts is an administrative
address book on your website. All users that sign up on your website
is automatically added to this list, allowing for easy e-mail
marketing campaign creation.
- Add Contact is where you
add you contacts to your administrative address book. Any user
that signs up on you website is also added here.
- Contact List displays all
of your contacts in one view. You can also edit, delete, or view
in detail.
- Manage Contact Group allows
you to create groups of contacts. Here you can also edit or delete
each group.
- Custom Fields lets you add
a custom field for your contacts entries.
- Import Contacts allows you
to import your contacts from Outlook, Outlook Express, and ACT!
into your contact list.
- Export Contacts allows you
to export your list of contacts to other programs, such as Outlook,
Outlook Express, and ACT!
Marketing
Marketing your website is quick and simple using Agent
BizzUp's user-friendly tools. The panel has the tools for e-mail
marketing and search marketing.
- Start New Email Campaign
opens the Campaign Wizard and walk you through creating your own
custom email campaign.
- Campaign Summary lists all
of your created campaigns. It also displays the status for each
campaign. Here you can also edit and delete each campaign.
- Search Marketing is a great
tool for advertising and marketing your business using your website.
This page list all the marketing plans offered by Agent BizzUp
My Account
Your personal account information are displayed here
for your viewing and editing.
- Change Contact Information
takes you to your Contact Card. Any changes made here will be
updated throughout your entire website.
- Change Billing Information
allows you to make changes that only affect your billing.
- Change
Email/Password allows you to change your
e-mail address and password. (Note that your e-mail
is also your administrative control panel login).
- Billing History displays
a complete record of your past billing.
- Domain Name takes you to
the domain management page. You can also search for available
domain name and purchase domain.
- Manage Hosting and Emails
opens the Plesk Control Panel. Here you
can manage your website hosting features and e-mail.
