Capture more leads by giving your clients access to over 1.2 million foreclosures and other distressed properties

In today's real estate marketplace many buyers and investors are searching for foreclosures and other distressed properties so it is very important that your website accommodates these users. Agent BizzUp has partnered with Foreclosure.com to integrate their entire database of distressed properties into your website. With this feature your website visitors can search for foreclosures, preforeclosures, sheriff sales, and other type of distressed properties directly on your website.

The foreclosure page is included on your website by default which means you do not have to do anything to use this feature. When a visitor to your website clicks on this page they will be given the option to choose their location on a map of the US or by clicking the name of their state and then city or county. After selecting their location they are presented with a list of all distressed properties in that location. When they click to view more details for a property they are prompted to login or register and their contact information is automatically sent to you via email and saved in your contact manager. After they login or register they are automatically sent to a foreclosure.com listing detail page branded with your picture and contact information.

What if I don't want to display this page on my website?
You can remove the foreclosure page if you do not want to use this feature. To remove this page:
- Go to the "My Website" section
- Click Pages/Sections List from the left navigator
- Click Delete on the right of the page.
